Nursery Room Leader
Bristol North FWC Nursery Permanent Full time
Up to 29936.00per annum depending on experience
40 hours per week
Our Nuffy Bear Day Nursery is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to be based at our nursery located in our Nuffield Health gym.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the brilliant nurseries inside the UKs largest Healthcare Charity. Were looking for the right person to join us here and help ensure the best mix of high-quality care learning and play.
As a Nursery Room Leader its important that youre qualified to NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies (or equivalent) and you have experience of working in a nursery setting.
As our Nursery Room Leader you will:
Head a small team ensuring the highest standards are maintained
Help deliver full day care sessional care and pre-school for ages 3 months to 5 years
Promote health and wellbeing helping children achieve the best possible start in life
Ensure that learning is linked to every childs development
Maintain great communication with parents carers and external professionals
Be aware of and implement current legislation know and implement safeguarding policies and procedures
To succeed as a Nursery Room Leader you will need:
Will be qualified to a NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies or equivalent
Have experience in a Nursery setting and have work with children
Preferred paediatric first aid qualifications
All candidate will require an enhanced DBS
