Skilled Labourer

Due to an increased workload our client is seeking to recruit an Skilled Labourer to start as soon as possible for approximately two weeks work covering one of their refurbishment / extension projects in Horncastle

We are seeking experienced an experienced and skilled labourer competent to work on refurbishment / extension projects to assist with the completion of roofing and other works on a heritage building in Horncastle including breaking out some concrete pre plaster and associated tasks.

The successful applicant must have excellent level of experience with a thorough knowledge of both traditional and timber frame construction combined with a comprehensive health and safety understanding.

You will require an in date CSCS card as a minimum.


Required experience:

* Joinery - Time Served / NVQ level.
* Competent in Timber Frame Construction.
* Competent in Traditional Construction.
* First Aid at work Qualification (Preferred)
* Must hold a full valid UK driving license.
* Training / Supervisory Experience would be an advantage.
