We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our People Team and gain practical hands-on experience across a broad range of HR functions.

Type: Internship (Full-time/Part-time)
Duration: 3-6 months
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern you will be actively involved in various aspects of People operations including but not limited to:
- Assisting with onboarding processes: preparing offer letters and contracts coordinating induction plans and ensuring smooth new joiner experiences
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (BambooHR) ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
- Helping to organise and track learning & development activities including employee training sessions webinars workshops
- Contributing to internal communications and employee engagement initiatives (e.g. surveys recognition programs)
- Supporting recruitment activities including drafting and posting job advertisements
- Assisting with documentation and preparation of HR materials (policies procedures reports)
- Supporting global HR projects such as policy reviews audits DEI actions
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries to ensure smooth people operations
- Performing general administrative duties and providing day-to-day support to the People Team
What Were Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Psychology or a related field
- Strong interest in HR practices and employee lifecycle processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High level of professionalism discretion and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment
- Familiarity with MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an asset
