Location: While this position is posted in a specific location all of Oysters positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire this role requires you to be based within -3 / -6 UTC.
This senior role is pivotal in managing our critical relationships with Employer of Record (EOR) partners who are essential to our global employment platform. Youll be stepping into a key position within a team dedicated to ensuring operational excellence and the seamless delivery of services through our valued vendors.
This is a fixed-term employment contract for 7- 8 months providing extended leave cover.
Oversee and manage the portfolio of existing EOR vendors ensuring adherence to contractual obligations SLAs and Oysters quality standards.
Serve as the ultimate point of escalation for EOR vendors fostering strong collaborative relationships and intervening to resolve complex issues and disputes.
Monitor evaluate and report on vendor performance utilizing data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal service delivery.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. Customer Experience Legal Sales Finance) to ensure alignment with the business needs and to address any vendor-related challenges impacting internal or external stakeholders.
Drive periodic vendor review meetings providing feedback and ensuring action plans are implemented effectively.
Support the seamless transition and handover of responsibilities at the beginning and end of the coverage period.
A minimum of 3 years proven experience managing a portfolio of third-party vendors or service providers with demonstrated ability to monitor and enforce contractual compliance service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent negotiation communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in performance monitoring SLA management and data-driven decision-making.
A general understanding of our indirect (EOR) hiring model international employment and compliance considerations.
Strategic thinker with the capacity to contribute to the continuous improvement of vendor management practices.
A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one)
Fluent English language skills
