The Opportunity
Senior Associate Real Estate
We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our leading Band 1 Real Estate team based in Melbourne.
In this role you will work closely with industry-leading Partners David Sinn Jane Hodder and Niresha Mudalige and a team of highly ambitious cohesive and talented professionals.
You will undertake a range of work that supports national and international clients with a variety of interesting and complex commercial and mixed-use developments sales and acquisitions and commercial and industrial leasing matters. The team acts for many large local and overseas based property developers investors corporates and real estate funds on some of the most significant real estate deals in Australia.
You will have extensive client exposure and opportunities to develop a network of relationships as well as the opportunity to benefit from exceptional learning opportunities working with partners and lawyers across the network.
To be successful in this role you will have:
demonstrable experience as a Senior Associate across a range of real estate matters including real estate development investment joint ventures acquisitions and disposals.
an excellent academic record coupled with strong legal skills and a practical mindset.
a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team.
an ability to work to tight timeframes collaboratively and at times autonomously.
exceptional communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team.
have a hunger to learn and develop and be part of maintaining a market-leading practice.
