Operate and maintain cloud security tools used for configuration compliance scanning and auto-remediation.
Develop write and manage CSPM configuration compliance rules based on industry standards (e.g. CIS NIST) and internal security requirements.
Monitor compliance across cloud platforms and report status to application teams and executive leadership.
Track and drive remediation efforts for non-compliant findings across multiple cloud environments.
Provide technical guidance and support to application and platform teams in addressing compliance gaps.
Continuously improve rule accuracy and reduce false positives through testing feedback and collaboration.
Align CSPM activities with broader enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
Collaborate with Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Enterprise Risk Cybersecurity and Platform teams to ensure consistency in policy enforcement.
Participate in security tool upgrades onboarding and tuning to enhance coverage and effectiveness.
Contribute to documentation playbooks and knowledge sharing to support team maturity and cross-functional understanding.
Analyze trends and generate insights from compliance data to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Two or more years of experience working within an enterprise Information/Cyber Security setting or equivalent experience.
Knowledge in information systems and ability to apply that knowledge in practice.
Experience participating in IT projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with CSPM tools such as Wiz Prisma Cloud AWS Config Azure Policy or similar.
Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and their native security and compliance features.
Familiarity with industry frameworks such as CIS Benchmarks NIST 800-53 ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Proficiency in writing or tuning policy-as-code rules (e.g. Rego Terraform YAML JSON-based rules).
Experience in interpreting security policies and translating them into technical controls and checks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to triage and prioritize complex issues.
Experience guiding or influencing development and platform teams on cloud security best practices.
Effective communication skills for delivering technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialty Azure Security Engineer Associate or CISSP are a plus.
Familiarity with DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines or cloud infrastructure automation is beneficial.
