SERVICE ADVISOR
Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM of Lawrenceville
Hayes CDJR of Lawrenceville is growing fastand were looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-performing team! What Youll Be Doing:
Greet customers with a professional prompt and friendly attitude
Accurately gather customer and vehicle information
Document vehicle concerns based on customer descriptions
Recommend maintenance and repairs based on age mileage and service history
Create accurate estimates for labor and parts
Perform walk-around inspections on all vehicles
Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
Track vehicle status and ensure timely completion
Review final invoices with customers and explain all work performed
What Were Looking For:
Proven success in customer service and sales performance
Previous experience as a Service Advisor Service Consultant or Assistant Lane Manager
High energy team-oriented and customer-focused
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate tablet-based write-up systems (Reynolds & Reynolds a plus!)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Desire for a long-term career with a dealership that promotes from within
