Scheduled Weekly Hours:
40RN Clinical Manager Adult Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Adult ICU SWAT RN Team and Central Monitoring.
- Lead and support a team of 80 RNs in ICU while overseeing the ICU Supervisor (35 indirect reports consisting of Critical Care Techs).
- Foster a culture of accountability safety and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Operations Director Medical Director to align unit goals with organizational priorities.
- Drive performance improvement and staff engagement.
- High-functioning closed ICUwith strong collaboration between nursing and clinician teams.
- Engaged staffwith low turnover and high Press Ganey scores.
- Strong and experienced nursing leadership team including a Clinical Nurse Leader and Professional Development Nurse
- Growth opportunitiesthrough leadership development and mentorship
- Strong interdisciplinary relationshipswith surgical medical and respiratory teams.
- Bachelors degree in a health-related field.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 57 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing.
- 1 year of management experience.
- 3 years of critical care/ICU experience.
- Strong communication and follow through skills.
- Proven ability to lead and hold teams accountable.
- Passion for ICU nursing and patient safety.
- Experience with committee work process improvement and clinical projects.
