Sheehy Auto Stores is looking for a Part-Time Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in automotive accounting. No prior experience is requiredwere willing to train the right candidate!
Were seeking someone reliable detail-oriented and eager to learn. If youre comfortable with computers enjoy working with numbers and want to be part of a supportive team wed love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing and entering invoices and payments.
- Help track customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Support with daily deposit entries and other routine accounting tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and file documents.
- Learn to reconcile statements and research discrepancies.
- Provide general support to the accounting team.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Must be able to work part-time hours (flexible schedule available).
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.
