This Warsaw-based role offers an opportunity to contribute at the operational core of Modernas pharmacovigilance network. As a Specialist in Global Case Management you will ensure the compliant timely and high-quality processing of individual case safety reports (ICSRs) sourced from global post-marketing channels. Your daily work will support a dynamic portfolio including COVID-19 and RSV vaccines enabling Moderna to deliver on its promise of safety and innovation. The position is designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced settings and has a deep commitment to accuracy confidentiality and global collaboration.
Heres What Youll Do:
Your key responsibilities will be:
Triage and book-in ICSRs from various postmarketing sources in compliance with global PV regulations SOPs and internal guidelines.
Review Modernas intake tool for case data QC handle exceptions and validate system-generated duplicate decisions.
Manage the Drug Safety mailbox including triage reconciliation acknowledgment and archival.
Organize source documents and correspondence within the Argus safety database.
Perform timely downloads of safety information from health authority portals and other key sources.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Redact protected health information (PHI) from inbound and outbound case documents.
Coordinate translation efforts during triage and manage communication through the Translation mailbox.
Send postal and electronic follow-up requests globally with a focus on non-US regions.
Reconcile ICSRs with partners and business units and oversee invalid case handling and database merge/deletion activity.
Contribute to presentations process improvement initiatives and inspection readiness tasks.
Manage competing priorities effectively and escalate challenges where necessary.

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:
University degree in Pharmacy/Medicine or other relevant life sciences discipline (Dentistry Experimental Medicine Microbiology Veterinary Biotechnology Physiotherapy Medical Biology or similar)
Minimum 1 year of experience in drug safety/pharmacovigilance case processing
Medical Writing experience preferred
Argus safety database and other platforms MS Office suite Excel Powerpoint Visio
Effective time management skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing); results oriented and strong attention to detail
Fluency in English required
