- Partners with Senior Leaders to oversee and support successful portfolio level delivery.
- Facilitates proactive reviews of portfolio level metrics and overall health with Senior Leaders.

- Supports the solution architecture (SA) review and approvals process.
- Supports the engagement and coordination of extended teams and vendor engagements.
- Gathers estimates and maintains financial information in Clarity.
- Monitors and tracks team performance using Agile metrics.
- Maintains JIRA as book of record for tracking dependencies and delivery progress.
- Gathers and formats status risks and issues data into reports and dashboards; Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues. Ensures the initiatives deliverables are coordinated for pre-release and release into production per mandatory operational readiness (MOR) process requirements.

Salaried
The above represents BMO Financial Groups pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location skills experience education and qualifications for the role and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Groups expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Groups total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives discretionary bonuses as well as other perks and rewards.
