Consistent Evolution of AI-Powered Automation within M365: Ensure optimal utilization and continuous improvement of AI-powered automation capabilities within the M365 suite of applications / platforms.
Optimized Workflows: Leverage AI expertise to ensure consistent and comprehensive utilization of AI-powered automation in M365 streamlining manual and repetitive processes to enhance overall efficiency.
Maximized User Adoption & Optimization: Optimize AI tools within M365 for maximum efficiency and user benefit while providing expert guidance in prompt engineering to enable users to fully leverage AI capabilities.
Strengthened Security & Risk Management: Implement stringent security protocols for automation to prevent data leakage and establish access controls to prevent unauthorized use and mitigate potential business risks.
Security and Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to security and compliance standards prioritizing data privacy and confidentiality.
Change & Release Management: Responsible for managing major changes in activity including both on-premises and cloud-hosted service changes into the production environment in a compliant and efficient manner.
