What Youll Do
As a Senior Java Software Engineer youll be part of a collaborative team that designs and implements tailored solutions for our customers. Your work will go beyond pure coding youll be involved in the full project lifecycle from understanding business requirements to delivering and supporting high-quality software.
Youll work closely with business analysts project managers and end-users to build products that solve complex problems and deliver real value.
Your Impact
- Develop and customize software components to meet specific customer requirements
- Collaborate with analysts to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Participate in planning estimating and delivering projects on time and with quality
- Engage directly with clients ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their challenges
- Write clean maintainable and well-tested code

Your Profile
- Experienced Java professional who can operate self-sufficiently
- Solid experience in Java and unit testing
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective software solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality
- Excellent communication skills written and verbal
- A team player with the drive to take ownership and see things through
- Interest in leading and mentoring others in the future even if youre not in a leadership role yet
Additional strengths/points to your profile:
- Experience in the financial or regulatory software domain
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and juggling multiple priorities
