About the Role

Neuroscience Clinical Trials Medical Scientist must demonstrate a commitment to the development of neurology and be dedicated to their personal growth and goals within the strategic direction of the organisation. Under the direction of the Principal Investigator (PI) and the Neuroscience Clinical Trials Coordinator the Neuroscience Clinical Trials Medical Scientist will assist with clinical trials research activities and provide support and education for neurology patients.

  • Coordinate and manage multiple sclerosis clinical trials from inception to completion
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and Good Clinical Research Practice
  • Facilitate patient recruitment data collection and interdepartmental coordination


Classifications for this position will range from RY4 - RY7 ($94478.80 - $106906.80 per annum pro rata).

Your Contribution

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with a minimum of 3 years working experience in the health sector
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical trial coordination preferably in neurology or multiple sclerosis
  • Strong knowledge of TGA guidelines GCRP and ethics committee requirements
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Current National criminal history check or willing to obtain
