Job Description:

These limited duration assignments are currently funded through June 30th 2027. Limited duration appointments are benefits eligible. These positions may be extended beyond this date and/or have continued funding approved in the future.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Career Coach you will provide high-quality services to Oregonians accessing employment and training services through the Job Opportunity and Basic Skills program (JOBS). This program is for families who have TANF and includes helping individuals with employment and training family stability and family well-being. Career Coaches will work closely with Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) our workforce board and other workforce programs and partners. In this role you will:

To provide program coverage travel to ODHS offices and satellite offices is required. An Oregon Employment Department vehicle may be provided for use to alternate locations but a personal vehicle may be needed if no state vehicle is available with mileage reimbursement from base office.

This position will report to the Roseburg WorkSource Oregon Center office and is not suitable for remote or hybrid remote work.
