The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92250 to $135300 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location education experience knowledge and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What you will do in this Role:
- Lead coordinate and direct all functions of your reporting staff to ensure flawless execution of tasks.
- Perform at a professional level to interpret and process complex less-clearly defined issues.
- Identify and resolve complex problems ensuring smooth business operations.
- Define workflows jobs and reporting relationships for maximum efficiency.
- Participate in the development of department budgets and business plans for your functional area.
- Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures within your area of responsibility and communicate these to the customer.
- Identify resource needs and develop justifications to support them.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems to maintain world-class performance standards.
What we are looking for:
- An associate degree technical degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Broad knowledge of concepts practices and procedures for managed work groups.
- Proven understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction motivation performance management and disciplinary action.
- A minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a related field demonstrating key responsibilities as outlined above.
- Ability to gauge identify and implement training based on skill assessment results.
- Proficiency in managing critical metrics and fault data using methods like tracking and measuring evaluating and analyzing data and implementing improvements.
- Proficiency in crafting reports and communication materials to track and report performance issues.
- A dedication to continuous improvement in the maintenance and operations of Material Handling Equipment (MHE or equivalent experience) to the customer.
