Salary Range:$84077-$121092 per annum pending experience $12648 ML Allowance Super
Classification: Middle Leadership - Tier 2

About the role
Southern Cross Catholic Collegeis seeking an experienced and dedicated VET Program Leader. This is a full-time permanent role. The Program Leader supports the Colleges mission by leading teaching and learning in the VET/RTO area. This role ensures high-quality student outcomes and effective teaching practices through supervision data-driven decision making and the development of strong partnerships. The Program Leader also manages resources responsibly to support program success. This is a Full Time Permanent Teaching role with a Fixed-Term Appointment to Acting Leader until January 2027 and the role commencing Monday 14 July 2025.

Mandatory Criteria/Professional Registration/Other
- Appropriate Tertiary qualification with registration or eligibility for registration with Queensland College of Teachers
- Current Drivers Licence
- Ability to travel from time to time within the Catholic Diocese of Townsville
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role in a safe manner.
