Job Summary: The Assistant Manager supports the Department Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Notice/Lien Services Group. This role ensures that team members are aligned with departmental goals quality standards are upheld and operational workflows run efficiently. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in team supervision training and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Essential Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Notice/Lien Services Group to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Provide direct support to team members by resolving escalations answering process-related questions and ensuring timely task completion.
Monitor individual and team workloads reallocating resources as needed to maintain productivity and service levels.
Collaborate with the Department Manager to implement process improvements and support departmental initiatives.
Participate in the recruitment onboarding and training of new team members in partnership with Human Resources.
Deliver ongoing coaching and development to staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Support cross-departmental collaboration with Sales Client Success and Quality teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Track and report on team performance metrics identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Conduct regular check-ins and assist with performance evaluations and training sessions.
Represent the department in internal meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.
