Wereexcited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint an Asset Surveyor.
What youll be doing
Youll lookafter Goldings property assets and workto deliver the asset management strategyundertakinga range of building surveying. Youll carry out or instruct any targeted surveys of stock as requiredand produce high quality reports. Youll undertake stock condition and energy data updates using handheld devices to automatically update our Asset Management database improving the data we hold on stock condition and energy relating to the homes we own and manage.
More about you. What can you bring
Were looking for someone with a HND/C in Surveying or similar equivalent qualification. Youll have a NEBOSH/IOSH/SMSTS General or Construction certificate. You must have or be working toward AssocRICS and/or CIOB equivalent.
Youll have experience in carrying out stock condition surveys or energy surveys as well asexperience in the housing/construction industry advising on aspects of Health/Building Safety. Youll be experienced in ensuring projects are delivered on time to budget and to a high standard.
Youll have technical knowledge and expertise of property and construction disciplines as well as demonstrable knowledge of integrating safety into the built environment.
A full UK driving license is required for this role.
When and where youll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of 46557 per annum dependent upon your knowledge skills and experience.
