Are you a dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a Health and Social Care background ready to join a high-achieving and values-led Sixth Form in Kensington & Chelsea This is a fantastic opportunity to support students aged 16-19 in a school that blends academic excellence with a caring inclusive environment.

Learning Support Assistant Whats in it for you

95-105 per day (PAYE) depending on experience

Learning Support Assistant Role and Requirements:
Support students aged 16-19 with additional learning needs in both one-to-one and small group settings
Use your Health and Social Care knowledge to understand and respond to students developmental needs
Collaborate with subject teachers and the SEN department to deliver targeted support
Help students build confidence develop independence and access the curriculum effectively
Health and Social Care degree ideal; Level 3 BTEC in Health and Social Care essential
Must have prior experience working with children or young people ideally in an educational or care setting
Proactive calm and adaptable Learning Support Assistant who aligns with the schools inclusive values
