Outpatients Bookings Team Lead Oaklands Hospital Salford
Full Time 37.5 hours per week
Oaklands Hospital is one of Greater Manchesters leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services. Located in Salford the hospital is close to the A580 and the M602. The hospital opened in 1990 and currently has 15 single rooms all with en suite facilities and two dedicated Day Case units.
The Role:
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated customer focused Bookings Team Leader to lead our Outpatients Bookings Administration teamreporting to Head of Operations.
You will be expected to co-ordinate the bookings process. Ensuring smooth and efficient processes are followed in a timely manner. The team leader role will also involve the co-ordination of the Bookings Administration staff dealing with day to day line management duties of the team.
Liaising closely with clinical staff and other hospital departments you need to have experience in administration as well as excellent communication computer skills and the ability to stay calm when under pressure.
There is a high level of contact with external service users therefore excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team is a priority and drive forward the necessary agenda.
