Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner assisting customers by promoting products/services locating merchandise and making purchase decisions resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
Job Responsibility #2 Delegate assist and follow-up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks - Section Work Capping bins Stocking picks.
Job Responsibility #3 Delegate assist and follow-up on the completion of price changes and feature sets.
Job Responsibility #4 Delegate assist and follow-up on modular completion in assigned area.
Job Responsibility #5 Delegate and support with coverage in required areas on the salesfloor as needed support with recovery and zoning activities.
Job Responsibility #6 Contributes to a safe clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
Job Responsibility #7 Ensuring associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage.
