Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site operations in strict accordance with program contracts and statements of work.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients vendors and Thermo Fisher staff.
  • Ensure compliance with asset management and service programs including inventory management.
  • Accurately input data into the Maximo database focusing on asset induction and service requests.
  • Monitor service activities and customer concerns ensuring timeliness and quality.
  • Schedule and facilitate site service visits and escort engineers into laboratories.
  • Review field service reports and invoices emphasizing financial and technical accuracy.
  • Assist with problem resolutions and customer concerns as needed.
  • Support the development of quarterly business reviews and participate in meetings.
  • May be required to assist with minor fixes to laboratory equipment such as the replacement of tubing O-rings gaskets etc.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience; bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proficient in English.
  • 1-2 years of industry experience in related fields.
  • Experience in GMP environment.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems and proficiency in related software.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong dedication to customer happiness and relationship building.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with engineers suppliers and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily work at customer locations including office and laboratory environments.
  • Engage in physical activities such as walking sitting lifting and PC work.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and wear necessary PPE in certain areas.
  • May travel for meetings and training as required.
