Job Description
- Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify damage and necessary repairs.
- Document findings and provide detailed reports to clients and management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with repair teams to facilitate timely and efficient service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for roof inspections.
- Utilize specialized tools and technology for accurate assessments.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment during inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in roof inspection or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of roofing materials and construction techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Certification in roofing or building inspection is a plus.
