Job Description
We are seeking a senior technical product leader to lead a new initiative for Ring Business from conception through successful scaling. This critical initiative will shape the future of how customers interact with our current and future devices and services as well as our technology platform.
Key job responsibilities
* Define and own the strategic vision product roadmap and business strategy for the initiative
* Lead product development from conception through launch
* Drive executive-level decisions and influence senior leadership on strategic platform initiatives
* Build and lead a team of product managers while establishing best practices and operational excellence
* Develop business models and monetization strategies
* Create and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with marketing sales and business development
* Establish key metrics to measure success and adoption
- 6 years of team management experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience delivering consumer software products and services in a high growth environment
- Experience in building and scaling platforms

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
