Expansion Account Executive North America (Cash Forecasting Focus)

Role Overview


As an Expansion Account Executive you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by cross-selling GTreasurys Cash Forecasting solution to our existing North American customer base. Youll work closely with Customer Success Product and Marketing teams to identify opportunities craft compelling value propositions and deepen customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing customer relationships by introducing GTreasurys Cash Forecasting solution.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance and treasury departments to understand their evolving needs.
  • Solution Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of GTreasurys Cash Forecasting capabilities and articulate its value in solving customer pain points.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of expansion opportunities and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Expansion Account Managers Contract Managers and Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Sales Process Execution: Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close including demos proposals and contract negotiations.
  • Market Feedback: Provide insights to Product and Marketing teams based on customer feedback and market trends.


Qualifications


  • 10 years of experience in SaaS sales preferably in fintech or treasury management.
  • Proven track record of cross-selling or upselling within an existing customer base.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes especially cash forecasting and liquidity management.
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
