Strategic Growth Intern PartTime Fall 2025

Location: Chicago IL Indianapolis IN Atlanta GA New York NY or Woodland Hills CA. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week fostering collaboration and connectivity while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

This internship is a part of our Fall Enterprise Internship program that will be part-time (20 hours per week) and will run from September 15th 2025 December 12th 2025. This internship requires the selected candidate to be in-office at least once per week.

This Strategic Growth Intern will be responsible for supporting our Medicaid Strategy team in analyzing and synthesizing market and product data to inform consumer strategy and strategic segment initiatives. This role provides an exciting opportunity to learn about strategic product growth AEP enrollment process improvement and data analytics within the healthcare industry.

How you will make an impact:

  • Utilize critical thinking skills to find innovative solutions for complex situations

  • Analyze large-scale data sets to find potential growth product segments in consumer patterns and geographies

  • Synthesize market and product data to gain a comprehensive perspective on consumer patterns to inform ongoing strategic projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Masters Degree in Business Strategy Economics Data Analytics Healthcare Administration or related degree at an accredited college or university

  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for the duration of the internship

Preferred Skills Capabilities and Experiences:

  • Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Previous Healthcare experience is greatly preferred

  • Advanced MS Office experience

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s) the salary* range for this specific position is $17.20/hour to $38.36/hour
