Flight Itinerary (About The Role)

FLYR is looking for a passionate and self-motivated individual to join the team of experienced recruiters and enhance our technical recruiting process.

This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year. Please note that this is a hybrid position with 3 days in our Krakow office (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday).

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced full-cycle Senior Technical Recruiter who enjoys working on a variety of positions from highly technical roles to business-related ones and is excited about recruiting across various international markets.

Youll focus on attracting top talent to our company showing a keen interest in sourcing and acting as a collaborative partner to hiring managers.

What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)

  • Partner with hiring managers to support and advise them throughout the recruitment process ensuring alignment on expectations and requirements
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process starting from gathering hiring requirements through actively sourcing candidates to successfully hiring for the roles
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage the best talent
  • Recruit across all company locations in the EMEA region and the Americas covering a diverse range of roles from highly technical positions to niche business-related functions
  • Maintain and effectively use an ATS to track candidate progress manage communications and ensure a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and market insights
  • Work with the Recruitment Coordinator to schedule interviews technical assessments and other recruitment-related events ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)

  • At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technology companies
  • Good understanding of technical nomenclature a strong passion for technology and for engaging with technical candidates
  • Solid experience in sourcing the best talents using a variety of techniques
  • Deep understanding of how to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience to candidates
  • Strong problem-solving skills able to navigate challenges and obstacles in the recruitment process
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with advanced proficiency in English
  • Prior use of applicant tracking systems (ideally Greenhouse)
  • Strong sense of ownership and excellent prioritization skills
  • Highly structured and organized approach to work ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment activities.
