The Inventory / ERP Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory data and optimizing the use of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to support operational efficiency. This role bridges the gap between inventory management and IT ensuring that ERP systems are properly configured utilized and maintained to track materials forecast needs and support supply chain operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Be:


ERP System Management- Administer and maintain ERP system modules related to inventory purchasing and production.


Configure and troubleshoot ERP functionalities for inventory control and warehouse operations.


Collaborate with IT and functional departments to implement ERP system upgrades or enhancements.


Provide end-user training and support for ERP inventory functions.


Extract and analyze data from ERP systems to identify trends and recommend improvements.


Develop dashboards and tools to support inventory visibility and decision-making.


Perform root-cause analysis for inventory issues and propose corrective actions.


Identify inefficiencies in inventory and ERP processes; implement best practices.


Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to inventory management.


Participate in cross-functional projects involving inventory logistics and systems optimization.

Required Qualifications:


A bachelors degree in supply chain management or a related field.


3-5 years of experience in operations manufacturing or supply chain management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


Prior experience in manufacturing.

Proven track record driving process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:


Lean Six Sigma and or Lean manufacturing experience.


Experience with 8Ds Correction action Dynamics D365 ERP systems and preventive action programs preferred.

Travel Requirement:

This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

ADA REQUIREMENTS (For U.S. positions only):


This position is based in a manufacturing facility and office setting. This position requires sedentary work with the occasional lifting up to 10 lbs. Occasionally may be exposed to moderate noise dust moving mechanical parts and varying temperatures. The role requires adherence to all safety protocols including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Requires standing walking reading writing and occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.

Concentrated mental and/or visual attention. The work involves performing complex tasks to very close accuracy and quality specifications or a high degree of hand and eye coordination for sustained periods.

The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions; any disagreeable elements are generally absent during normal performance of job.
