Job Description

We are seeking 1-2 individuals to become part of our Levelland sales will talk with customers and ensure their immediate needs are met efficiently and experience is not necessary.We are looking for experience in any sales or customer service field. If you have found success in environments such as waiting tables or retail counter salesthis role will likely be a good fit for you.Effective teamwork is required for success; those who do not work well in a group need not apply.

Because this position requires high quality phone skills qualified applicants can expect aphone interview. Phone skills are absolutely non-negotiable and may not be less than excellent.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Be able to set forecast and measure goals for yourself
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
Qualifications
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
