Job Description

Superintendent / Water Plant Operator T4 Certified
Our Client Class IV Water Treatment Facility
Annapolis MD

Our client provides safe reliable drinking water to a community of 340 households. They operate a Class IV water treatment plant drawing from the Magothy Aquifer. Treatment processes include aeration flocculation settling and filtration followed by chlorination and distribution.

We are seeking a licensed T4 Water Treatment Operator to manage and oversee plant operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with groundwater treatment systems and be capable of maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Maryland T4 Water Operator License (required)

  • Experience with chemical dosing (lime chlorine) and solids removal

  • Ability to monitor and maintain pumps transducers filtration systems and distribution lines

  • Familiarity with well water systems and pressure-based controls

  • Availability for on-call troubleshooting and emergency response

This is a hands-on operations role critical to the health and safety of the community.
