Accounts Receivable Specialist

Were looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist whos meticulous organized and takes ownership of every invoice and follow-up call.

What Youll Do
- Generate and send accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Track incoming payments and reconcile accounts daily
- Follow up on overdue invoices with professionalism and persistence
- Maintain detailed records of communications payments and aging reports
- Collaborate with the project/service departments to resolve billing issues
- Assist with month-end close related to AR functions
What You Bring
- 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting role
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a must
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data
- Excellent attention to detail time management and follow-through
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers
