Job Description

Position Overview

The Retail Technology Analyst provides training and support services for the Retail Technology suite of products. The Analyst is responsible for service and support of all Retail Technology software and hardware including installations upgrades training and troubleshooting. The Analyst collaborate with other team members and the Retail Services Leadership Team to demonstrate the C&S Way and the Companys Values execute the Companys Strategic Objectives and continually elevate the Customer Experience.

Description

  • Support and train Retailers with all technical and application solutions within the Retail Technology suite of services including back-office HQ and store applications point-of-sale sign/tag software networking etc.
  • Provide hardware service and support to resolve issues with Retailer equipment including servers computers network and point-of-sale.
  • Conduct remote and on-site field support in Retail supermarkets for Retailers including after-hours on-call rotations.
  • Complete intermediate-level application training for Retailers on the Retail Technology suite of services.
  • Travel Required:Yes

Environment

  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Skills

  • Specialized Knowledge : Knowledge of supermarket operations including point-of-sale and back-office applications Networking Point of Sale and Backoffice Pricing systems.
  • Special Skills : Ability to build positive customer relations; good verbal and writing communication skills; complex problem-solving skills; strong team player.
  • Physical abilities: : Ability to lift 50 pounds and sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Other: : Ability to travel frequently including overnight travel

Years Of Experience

  • 2-5 : Years of related work experience with in-store applications training troubleshooting customer service & conflict resolution.
  • 2-5 : Years of experience in retail stores and/or in technology roles.

Qualifications

Associate Degree - Information Technology High School Diploma - General Studies
