ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofour client is seeking an IT Technical Team Leader.
Our client is a well-established retail company that operates a nationwide network of stores specializing in consumer tech and household products and provides strategic support across its growing retail footprint.
Location: Thessaloniki
Working Model: On-site
You will be reporting to the companys CIO
What you will do:
As an IT Technical Team Leader you will be responsible for the performance and availability of all company platforms networks and resources to ensure the delivery of all services in an efficient secure and timely manner. In addition you will be responsible for the coordination of tasks skill development and performance management of a team of four people.
More specifically you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals ensuring effective task delegation skill development and team performance.
- Oversee the planning and execution of technical projects ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and quality standards.
- Act as the key point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure daily the best possible performance quality security and responsiveness of the companys Infrastructure (VPNs Firewalls systems networks printers etc) and Applications (SoftOne ERP Email Microsoft Applications etc).
- Support and coordinate the e-shop operation B2B portal and Microsoft 365 products (Exchange SharePoint Teams OneDrive).
- Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR policies.
- Provide User and Technical Support in all aspects of the daily operations.
- Propose design and implement new IT solutions to increase performance and reliability and enhance security.
- Co-operate effectively with all stakeholders and external company partners to ensure that business requirements are met and successfully addressed by the systems customization.
- Propose and implement training processes and strategies for all company users.
Requirements
- A Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or in a relevant IT field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in similar IT roles.
- Strong knowledge of ERPs (preferably SoftOne).
- Good experience in modern Microsoft Technologies on premise and on Cloud server and user management including Active Directory and Microsoft365.
- Good experience in Firewalls Routers Switches VPNs WLans VLans
& Virtualization.
- 1-2 years of experience in team management and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written in Greek and English.
Will be highly appreciated
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Cisco CCNA ITIL.
- Experience in a Retail or in multi-company environment.
- Experience with E-shops and B2B portals.
