Le/La Directeur(rice) RH France HQ assure la coordination et la performance RH du primtre France et du Sige en coordination avec les RRH des usines. Il/Elle est responsable de la dfinition et du dploiement de la stratgie de relations sociales pour la France des politiques et des programmes RH (transformation sociale organisation gestion des comptences formation) conformment la stratgie du business

Sur le primtre FRANCE

  • Accompagner le dploiement des projets dorganisation et grer les projets sociaux
  • Dfinir la stratgie de ngociation des accords collectifs en France et en mener les discussions
  • Prparer et animer le CSEC et ses commissions et assurer le support aux CSE dtablissement
  • Grer les prcontentieux et les contentieux en application de la lgislation sociale
  • Apporter une expertise et conseil aux oprationnels et aux RRH sur les dossiers individuels et collectifs
  • Participer la gestion de crise et plan dactions associs (mouvements sociaux vnements graves)
  • Reprsenter la socit auprs de toutes administrations (DIRECCTE inspection du travail etc..) raliser les dclarations obligatoires produire les documents rglementaires (index galit professionnelle consultations annuelles Ordonnance Macron bilans sociaux) et sociaux (BDES)
  • Assurer la coordination de lanalyse des comptences pour son primtre et le dploiement des processus en matire de leadership / gestion de carrire / gestion des connaissances et apprentissage et dveloppement.
  • Assurer la gestion oprationnelle de son primtre (Programme dintgration dmarches de recrutement parcours des salaris Relai RH oprationnel)
  • tre responsable de la mise niveau des process RH de lElaboration dtudes et reporting RH et du suivi oprationnel des dossiers dexpatriation de mobilit internationale

Sur le primtre Europe

  • Dfinir la stratgie les politiques les programmes et les processus de Nexans en matire de relations sociales pour lEurope et veiller leur dploiement et leur adaptation le cas chant.
  • Soutenir influencer et contribuer la stratgie commerciale du Groupe en conseillant les dirigeants sur les questions relatives aux relations avec les salaris.
  • Superviser les directeurs des ressources humaines des pays dans le domaine des relations avec le personnel.
  • Suivre tous les litiges importants en matire de relations avec les salaris.
  • Diriger et animer les activits du comit dentreprise europen (Newco).
  • Fournir des conseils sur les oprations de restructuration
