Sobre el puesto:

• Recopilar y analizar requisitos de clientes en entornos basados envSphere Supervisorsobre VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation).
• Crear y coordinar conceptos tcnicos centrados en plataformasKubernetes sobre vSphere.
• Dirigir workshops estratgicos y brindar consultora sobre arquitectura y diseo de soluciones basadas envSphere Kubernetes Service.
• Desarrollar hojas de ruta de implementacin alineadas con decisiones estratgicas centradas en Kubernetes bajo vSphere Supervisor.
• Implementar soluciones diseadas incluyendo despliegue de namespaces polticas de red y almacenamiento para pods y clusters.
• Realizar troubleshooting en entornos de Kubernetes gestionados a travs de vSphere Supervisor.

Lo Que Deberas Aportar

• Mnimo3-4 aos de experiencia profesionalen entornos de Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) especialmente con VMware vSphere Supervisor (vSphere Kubernetes Service).
• Conocimiento prctico en vSphere Supervisor (vSphere with Tanzu) incluyendo gestin de Namespaces Supervisor Services polticas de red almacenamiento seguridad registros de imgenes (Harbor) gestin de certificados (Cert Manager) y soluciones de ingress (Contour Nginx).
• Experiencia conherramientas de CI/CDutilizando GitLab CI GitHub Actions u otras herramientas similares integradas en pipelines de entrega para entornos Kubernetes.
• Conocimientos enGitOpsaplicados al ciclo de vida de aplicaciones usando herramientas comoArgoCD y FluxCDpara entornos gestionados sobre vSphere Supervisor.
• Familiaridad con herramientas de observabilidad en entornos modernos:
  • VCF Operations (vROps).
  • Prometheus y Grafanapara mtricas y visualizacin.
  • Fluent Bito soluciones similares para recoleccin y envo de logs.
• Experiencia en sistemas operativos Linux especialmente Photon OS.
• Conocimientos slidos en redes IP incluidas configuraciones para microsegmentacin y servicios de red en Kubernetes conNSX y AVI Load Balancer.
• Capacidad analtica orientacin al detalle trabajo colaborativo y fuerte enfoque al cliente.
• Fluidez en espaol y excelente nivel de ingls tcnico.

Idealmente Tambin Tienes

• Experiencia directa con soluciones VMware Cloud Foundationintegradas con vSphere Supervisor y vSphere Kubernetes Service.
• Conocimiento en soluciones de respaldo y recuperacin ante desastres para workloads en contenedores y mquinas virtuales.
• Familiaridad con soluciones de red como NSX y AVI Load Balancer y sus integraciones con Kubernetes.
• Participacin en proyectos demigracin con workloads containerizados.
• Certificaciones de VMware (por ejemploVCP-DCVcon foco en Kubernetes/Tanzu) yCertified Kubernetes Administrator(CKA).
• Experiencia en automatizacin de centros de datos y entornos Kubernetes usando herramientas comoAnsible Terraform Powershell o Helm.
• Capacidad para trabajar segn las mejores prcticas deITILy metodologasgiles (Scrum/Kanban).

Your Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing customer requirements forvSphere Supervisorwith VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation)
• Create technical concepts focused onKubernetes platformsonvSphere.
• Conducting strategy workshops and providing consulting on architecture and design based onvSphere Kubernetes Service
• Developing im plementation roadmaps based on strategic decisions
• Implementing designed solutions including deployment of namespaces network policies and pods and cluster storage.
• Troubleshoot issues in Kubernetes environments managed through vSphere Supervisor

What You Should Bring:

• Minimum 34 years of professional experiencein Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) environments especially withVMware vSphere Supervisor(vSphere Kubernetes Service).
• Hands-on knowledge of vSphere Supervisor(vSphere with Tanzu) including management of Namespaces Supervisor Services network policies storage security image registries (Harbor) certificate management (Cert Manager) and ingress solutions (Contour Nginx).
• Experience with CI/CD toolssuch as GitLab CI GitHub Actions or similar tools integrated into delivery pipelines for Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of GitOpsapplied to application lifecycle using tools like ArgoCD and FluxCD in vSphere Supervisor-managed environments.
• Familiarity with observability toolsin modern environments:
  • VCF Operations (vROps)
  • Prometheus and Grafana for metrics and visualization
  • Fluent Bit or similar solutions for log collection and forwarding
• Experience with Linux operating systems especially Photon OS.
• Solid knowledge of IP networking including configurations for microsegmentation and network services in Kubernetes using NSX and AVI Load Balancer.
• Analytical skills attention to detail collaborative mindset and strong customer orientation.
• Fluent in Spanish and excellent technical English.

Ideally You Have

• Hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation solutionsintegrated with vSphere Supervisor and vSphere Kubernetes Service.
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutionsfor containerized workloads and virtual machines.
• Familiarity with networking solutionssuch as NSX and AVI Load Balancer including their integration with Kubernetes.
• Participation in migration projectsinvolving containerized workloads.
• VMware certifications(e.g. VCP-DCV with a focus on Kubernetes/Tanzu) andCertified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
• Experience in automating data centers and Kubernetes environmentsusing tools such as Ansible Terraform PowerShell or Helm.
• Can work according to the recommendations of ITIL best practicesand agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
