Aufgaben
Beantwortung von internen und externen Anfragen in deutscher und englischer Sprache im Kontext Order 2 Cash Prozess
Verantwortlich fr Rechnungsstellung und Korrektur
Selbststndige Betreuung von Kunden sowohl national als auch international (US APAC)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen (Accounting Tax Sales Customer Service etc.)
Untersttzung im Team bei der Implementierung von neuen System und bei Projekten rund um Prozessoptimierungen
Anforderungen
Du wohnst in Hamburg oder Umgebung
Home Office an drei Tagen der Woche mglich
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Studium der BWL VWL oder sonstiger (betriebs-) wirtschaftlicher bzw. kaufmnnischer Hintergrund
Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung oder Praktika im Finanz- oder Buchhaltungsbereich
Ausgeprgte Kommunikationskompetenz und sichere schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und Adobe
Gutes Zeit- und Priorittenmanagement
Eigenstndige und sorgfltige Arbeitsweise mit sehr hohem Ma an Zuverlssigkeit und Blick fr Details
