Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

• Professionelle Entlastung im Tagesgeschft
• Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von funktionsbergreifenden strategischen Projekten (z.B. Artificial Intelligence fr Customer Groups)
• Volle Verantwortung und Teilnahme an allen Kommunikationsplattformen
• Verantwortlich fr Personalanforderungen
• Erledigung der telefonischen und schriftlichen Korrespondenz
• Vollumfngliches Travel-Management (weltweit) sowie Reisekostenabrechnung Koordination der Visabeschaffung
• Terminkoordination und -berwachung
• Untersttzung bei Organisation / Koordination von internen und externenMeetings / Veranstaltungen auf internationaler Ebene
• Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Prsentationsunterlagen
• Kommunikation mit internen Entscheidungstrgern
• Erstellung und Freigabe von Bestellanforderungen und Rechnungen nach Abstimmung
• Beschaffung von Betriebsmitteln

Ihr Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium alternativ Ausbildung zur Fremdsprachen-/ Europasekretrin Managementassistentin oder einer hnlichen kaufmnnischen Ausbildung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office SAP und Internet
• Flieende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Hohe verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationskompetenz
• Solide betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
• Sicheres Auftreten hfliche Umgangsformen Selbstbewusstsein und Durchsetzungsvermgen
• Ausgeprgte Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsmentalitt
• Sehr gutes Zeitmanagement und hohes Ma an Selbstorganisation
• Eigenstndige systematische und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
• Hohe Belastbarkeit auch unter Termindruck
• Stark ausgeprgte organisatorische Fhigkeiten
• Hohes Ma an Flexibilitt und Verlsslichkeit
