Are you passionate about food exceptional service and quality Step into a unique and rewarding environment as a Food & Beverage Manager at Latchford Barracks (Albury Wodonga Military Area). This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic fun team while receiving full training and ongoing support.
The Position:
- Lead the front-of-house team for breakfast lunch and dinner service.
- Foster a culture of teamwork responsibility and a passion for excellence.
- Ensure compliance with contract and service standards maintaining seamless daily operations.
- Lead by example while driving the team with a positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee rostering and people management.
The Person:
- Leadership and people management experience including rostering and budgeting.
- HACCP food handling experience and a strong understanding of allergen management in food service.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team with excellent communication skills.
- Independence and confidence to make operational decisions supported by the site operations manager.
- Must hold a licence and have transport to access site
