As aMember Services Officer you will be the first point of contact for our members employers and key stakeholders playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service experiences. Your contribution will directly reflect the funds values and brand promise by ensuring every interaction is professional informative and supportive. Whether youre guiding members through educational opportunities handling transactions or assisting with superannuation insurance claims alongside the Claims Team your work will help build trust and confidence in the services we provide. This role is essential in shaping positive member journeys and strengthening long-term relationships.
The opportunity
As a Member Services Officer youll provide exceptional service by assisting members with enquiries across a broad range of superannuation topics including fund operations benefit eligibility entitlements taxation and self-service options. Youll offer factual and general advice identify opportunities to promote relevant products and services and deliver face-to-face support in our ServicePlus Centre. Youll also develop specialist knowledge to support both members and colleagues contribute to team and company-wide initiatives and help achieve service quality and lead generation targets. Staying up to date with legislation and internal policies youll manage end-to-end claims servicing with a focus on building positive relationships. This role is key to empowering members and supporting strategic goals through informed empathetic service.
