The Department of Ecology is hiring anEnterprise Content Management Unit Manager (IT Data Management Manager)within theAdministrative Services Division.

Duties

The Department of Ecology is building a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) team within the Information Governance Unit. In this position you will oversee implementation of ECM and the new Laserfiche ECM tool. You will report to the Information Governance Manager in Administrative Services and will work collaboratively across all programs and regions. ECM will focus on digital automation and lifecycle workflows designed for simple and sustainable records and information management.

Required Qualifications:


Eight years of experience and/or education as described below:

Examples of how to qualify:

Note: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will substitute for two years of required experience.


Desired Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree with a focus on Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or project management or related field and four years of agile project management experience.
  • Education and knowledge of environmental sciences and supporting science-based business areas.
  • Experience supervising leading and mentoring IT professionals in a team and individual capacity.
