About the role:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Customer Success Operations team. Reporting to the Associate Director of PMO this role is pivotal in delivering best-in-class software implementations to our enterprise clients. You will be the primary point of contact for customers during their implementation journey and will lead cross-functional teams of consultants and specialists to ensure successful project execution. You will manage a portfolio of complex projects acting as the Master of Record for project health backlog hours and utilization while driving projects to completion on time within scope and budget.
You will play a key role in managing client expectations communicating timelines handling change and risk management strategies and applying consistent project methodologies to deliver successful outcomes.

AlayaCare supports a flexible hybrid working model expecting that our employees have a regular in-office presence at their closest office location (2x per week) while offering flexibility for some remote work. Our team encourages in-person collaboration and with this the preferred candidate location for this position would be within the Greater Toronto Area.
