Job Description

Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - Cold Springs Minnesota 2025/2026 School Year
Employment Type: Full-time W2

Through a collaborative team-based model this organization has provided over 1 million therapy sessions in the areas of speech occupational therapy mental health and school psychology with 94% of districts reporting high levels of student engagement under their providers care.

We re currently hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Cold Springs Minnesota to join a mission-driven team that prioritizes both student success and clinician support with resources and mentorship designed to help you thrive.

What You ll Receive:

What You ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments develop treatment plans and support IEP implementation
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings; collaborate with educators and staff
  • Serve as a case manager or process coordinator where applicable
  • Use technology tools to document and track student progress
  • Grow your expertise in a collaborative team-focused environment

Qualifications:

  • Active valid and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota (and in state of residence if different)
  • CCCs (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Full-time U.S. residency required
  • Experience with school-aged pediatric populations
  • Comfortable using teletherapy tools and technology for documentation
  • Access to a personal (non-Chromebook) laptop for platform use
  • Reliable transportation required for consistent onsite attendance
