We re currently hiring Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) in Cold Springs Minnesota to join a mission-driven team that prioritizes both student success and clinician support with resources and mentorship designed to help you thrive.
What You ll Receive:

What You ll Do:
- Conduct assessments develop treatment plans and support IEP implementation
- Participate in IEP and team meetings; collaborate with educators and staff
- Serve as a case manager or process coordinator where applicable
- Use technology tools to document and track student progress
- Grow your expertise in a collaborative team-focused environment
Qualifications:
- Active valid and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license in Minnesota (and in state of residence if different)
- CCCs (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Full-time U.S. residency required
- Experience with school-aged pediatric populations
- Comfortable using teletherapy tools and technology for documentation
- Access to a personal (non-Chromebook) laptop for platform use
- Reliable transportation required for consistent onsite attendance
