Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.
I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of 1 Software Developer 2 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Software Developer 2 Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
Researching designing implementing and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Working closely with other developers UX designers business and systems analysts.
The candidate for this position should have significant experience working on large IT projects particularly in application integrations with SailPoint IIQ and single sign-on with OKTA and Azure. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.
II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 6 Required Solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology. 6 Required Ability to collaborate with the Architects Service Delivery Manager Project Managers and others relative to the SailPoint Identity IQ deployment plans. 4 Required Experience in SailPoint development (workflows rules connectors policies and other configurations). 4 Required Experience with Okta single sign-on Integration 4 Required Ability to collaborate with the Architects Service Delivery Manager Project Managers and others relative to the SailPoint Identity IQ deployment plans. 4 Required Develop API services to handle access policies and access requests and integrate with external applications. 2 Preferred Experience working with Texas State Agencys
