About the Role
A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead demand generation across paid owned and earned channels. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role focused on driving trial growth qualified leads and overall revenue impact. You ll report to the Head of Revenue and manage a Marketing Specialist owning the end-to-end marketing function while experimenting with new channels and optimizing existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across multiple channels (e.g. Google Ads Meta LinkedIn Bing)
Develop launch and optimize campaigns to drive qualified leads and product trials
Lead and mentor a junior Marketing Specialist to deliver on strategic goals
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel to guide decisions
Manage social media scheduling and presence using Buffer or similar tools
Experiment with new growth channels such as webinars trade shows and influencer marketing
Collaborate closely with revenue product and design teams to align marketing efforts
What You Bring
7 years of experience in performance or growth marketing ideally within SaaS
Deep expertise in full-funnel cross-channel marketing campaigns
A strategic mindset with a strong creative 60 and analytical 40 balance
Proven experience managing paid acquisition across multiple platforms
Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics Mixpanel etc.
Comfortable managing and mentoring junior team members
Strong initiative self-direction and a test-and-learn approach
