Job Title:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Travel/Contract Eve Shift
Location:
Watertown NY 13601
Job Type:
Contract Travel Assignment
Duration: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
Pay Rate: $32 $37/hr
Shift Options:
- 8-Hour Evenings: 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
- 12-Hour Evenings: 11:00 AM 11:00 PM
(Will consider candidates available for either shift.)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions or side effects.
- Assist with patient assessments including vital signs and document patient information accurately.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions treatment plans and self-care techniques.
Experience Required:
- 1-3 years experience required.
- SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience; LTC-only experience acceptable.
License & Certification:
- Active LPN License in New York (NY)-Required
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association)-Required

- Locals accepted-the local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 60 miles.
