Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Student Counselor with a background in the EdTech industry to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable educational courses career paths and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Student Counselor with a background in the EdTech industry to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable educational courses career paths and assisting them throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel and guide students on career choices and appropriate courses offered by the company.
Conduct detailed profile assessments to match students with suitable learning paths.
Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and walk-ins to convert leads into enrollments.
Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure end-to-end support throughout their learning journey.
Meet monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
Build and maintain a positive rapport with prospective and enrolled students.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student feedback.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to improve student engagement.
Required Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry as a counselor or academic advisor.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to understand student needs and deliver suitable solutions.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred:
Experience working with B2C EdTech platforms.
Experience working with B2C EdTech platforms.
Familiarity with career mapping and skill development programs.
Salary:
