Job Description
This is a remote position.
This is a remote flexible position that blends creativity research and customer care all from the comfort of your home.
What You ll Do
Work directly with clients to uncover their travel goals preferences and must-sees
Design personalized itineraries that balance logistics with inspiration
Coordinate all key aspects of the trip including flights accommodations and activities
Research destinations seasonal trends and travel requirements
Provide clear timely communication before during and after the planning process
Ensure each client feels confident cared for and excited about their upcoming journey
Who You Are
Passionate about travel and naturally curious about the world
Organized dependable and comfortable working independently
Excellent communicator with strong listening and follow-through skills
Detail-driven and capable of juggling multiple plans at once
Tech-savvy with an interest in online booking systems and tools
You don t need experience just the right attitude and willingness to learn
