We are looking for an experienced CyberArk L3 Consultant with 8 years of hands-on expertise in managing maintaining and upgrading CyberArk environments. This role involves full lifecycle support from onboarding privileged accounts to managing safes and ensuring secure session management.
Manage and maintain CyberArk Core PAS components:
Password Vault (PVWA)
Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
Central Policy Manager (CPM)
Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP)
Handle CyberArk version upgrades patches and hotfix deployments.
Onboard various privileged accounts including:
Windows Linux UNIX systems
Databases: Oracle Sybase MSSQL MySQL
Application and Service Accounts (automatic/manual onboarding)
Administer safes and policies for privileged access.
Ensure robust password management and session management for all onboarded systems.
Troubleshoot complex CyberArk issues at L3 level work with stakeholders and vendors for resolution.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures audit documentation and user guides
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with CyberArk Core PAS.
Strong working knowledge of PVWA PSM CPM PSMP.
Proven experience with CyberArk upgrades and version control.
Skilled in privileged account onboarding especially across Windows Linux Database and Applications.
Strong knowledge of safe administration policy creation and role-based access control (RBAC).
Familiarity with database technologies like Oracle Sybase MSSQL and MySQL.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles IAM best practices and compliance requirements.
Excellent troubleshooting and L3-level support experience.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
