About Our Client

Our client is a baby care brand known for its commitment to clean-label non-toxic and high-performance products for modern families. With a strong presence in both e-commerce and retail channels they are expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia.


Job Summary

We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and scale the company s sales efforts across different channels. This role will play a crucial part in developing growth strategies managing key accounts and building strong partnerships that support long-term brand expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across retail distribution.

  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate placement with new retailers and pharmacies.

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts

  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing and operations teams to support campaigns stock planning and launches

  • Analyze sales performance prepare regular reports and forecast sales trends

  • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Represent the brand at key trade events buyer meetings and partnership discussions



Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field

  • Minimum 4 6 years of experience in a sales or business development role within FMCG baby care wellness or personal care industry

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels

  • Excellent interpersonal presentation and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
